Can I still order from you?
Absolutely, we greatly appreciate your support! There are still two ways to order from us:
Will my order take the usual amount of time to ship?
Orders are taking longer during this time. We’re working hard to get most orders out within our usual time expectations but, depending on the volume of orders any given day, that hasn’t always been possible.
We’ve also received notice from the couriers we use that they are so busy that they are unable to deliver in the usual amount of time. This includes regular ground shipments as well as express, so they are not honoring their time delivery guarantees.
How safe is it to receive an order?
The FDA has stated that they are not aware that the COVID-19 virus can be transmitted by food or food packaging. Our products come in tamper proof, sealed containers and this ensures that they are not contaminated prior to delivery.
Delivery companies are providing contactless deliveries at this time to protect both you and their drivers. But with anything that you're ordering or picking up at the store, remember that it is always important to follow good hygiene practices when handling or preparing foods.
